Who is behind RaceDayStaff?

RaceDayStaff.com has been set up by Richard Dean.

Richard Dean

Richard Dean has been both an employer and been employed by many motorsport organisations for the last 30 years. The idea for RaceDayStaff.com came about while finding himself constantly on the phone finding temporary work for experienced and able friends in the industry who had been laid off during the recent economic down turn.

RaceDayStaff.com is here to provide a dedicated motorsport recruitment agency but focusing on the temporary positions that often become available in Motorsport.

RaceDayStaff.com can be described as a 24 hour, 7 day a week, Motorsport exclusive temping agency!

The idea for RaceDayStaff.com came about after having worked in motorsport for 30 years.

Having set up my own race teams and worked for many race teams, I have seen some great, hard working people, come and go and lose jobs through no fault of their own.

To be fair to many race teams, the work "coming and going", is also in many cases no fault of their own. Sponsors income, driver’s income, even the current state of the economy having outside and sometimes adverse effects.

When this happens, people are the first to be cut from a teams overhead.

RaceDayStaff.com helps solve these issues for teams and for workers.
